Warranty
Naturnest provides a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Naturnest or through authorized dealers.
1. Warranty Coverage
For a period of one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will, at its discretion and at no cost to the customer, replace defective parts covered under this warranty.
Replacement parts will be provided; however, installation is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Eligibility
This warranty applies only to:
Products purchased directly from Naturnest
Products purchased from an authorized Naturnest dealer (proof of purchase required)
This warranty does not apply to second-hand or resold products.
Products not branded as Naturnest but sold through Naturnest channels are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
Certain discounted, promotional, or clearance items may have limited warranty coverage, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
UV damage to fabric or outer shell
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections resulting from use, including but not limited to vinyl window discoloration, minor scratches, or dents
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Damage resulting from natural events, including storms, high winds, or other environmental conditions
Aesthetic changes that do not affect product functionality
Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by the customer
4. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and product details. Claims must be reviewed and approved by Naturnest before replacement parts are issued.
Shipping & Returns
1. Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via trusted shipping carriers.
2. Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship across Canada with region-based shipping fees as follows:

Remote Area Shipping Fee
An additional CAD $299 shipping surcharge applies to:

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.
After approval, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Important Notes
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved and processed.
