We currently offer CAD $99 to the following provinces:

  • Alberta (AB)
  • British Columbia (BC)

Remote Area Shipping Fee

The following provinces may require an additional CAD $299 shipping surcharge due to extended delivery distance and logistics costs:

  • Ontario (ON)
  • Saskatchewan (SK)

Ultra-Remote Area Shipping Fee

The following territories and regions require an additional CAD $399 shipping surcharge because of extremely high transportation and carrier costs:

  • Manitoba (MB)
  • New Brunswick (NB)
  • Newfoundland and Labrador (NL)
  • Northwest Territories (NT)
  • Nova Scotia (NS)
  • Nunavut (NU)
  • Prince Edward Island (PE)
  • Quebec (QC)
  • Yukon (YT)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and local accessibility.
  • Additional shipping fees will be confirmed before order processing if applicable.

2. Delivery Methods & Receive

2.1 Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers are automatically assigned based on the product type and cannot be specified. 

  • Rooftop Tents: Classified as oversized freight and shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) trucking service.  
  • Other Products (e.g., Awnings, Accessories): Delivered via standard parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).

2.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Rooftop Tents: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days from the ship date. 
  • Other Products: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days. 
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance, order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters.

2.3 Freight Delivery Notes (Rooftop Tents Only)

Truck drivers may not assist with unloading. Please prepare in advance by arranging help to receive and move the item based on its weight and package size. Failure to receive or unload freight may result in return shipping charges at the customer’s expense. Delivery is curbside only — not to your door or indoors.

2.4 Delivery Appointment & Signature Required

For freight shipments (tents), the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment. 

An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. 

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for freight shipments — please use a valid street address and ensure your contact number is accurate. 

Missed delivery appointments or unreachable phone numbers may lead to delays or extra charges.

2.5 Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed to ensure product quality and accurate fulfillment.

Orders and shipments: all orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1–2 working days after purchase.

  • Order confirmation and verification: within 24 hours
  • Quality inspection: before packaging
  • Packaging & dispatch preparation: within 1–2 working days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Protection & Order Tracking

3.1  Shipping Insurance & Extended Warranty 

For added peace of mind, we offer a Shipping Protection & Extended Warranty Bundle Includes: 

  • Shipping insurance for damage/loss in transit 
  • Adds 1 extra year of product warranty: CAD$139 

This optional service can be added during checkout.

3.2 How to Track My Order

After your order is confirmed, we will provide the shipping carrier and tracking number upon dispatch by Email. 

Track Your Order: You can monitor your delivery status using the "Track Your Order" on our website.
